WHAT DO I NEED TO TRAIN IN RAPID ARNIS?
To begin with, just yourself (and clothing that is appropriate for training). As time goes on, you will need to purchase a gumshield and groin protector (if applicable), and eventually your own sticks, daggers, and longstick. A sense of humour is also essential!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO TRAIN IN RAPID ARNIS?
Each club has a different pricing structure - please get in touch directly with the club you wish to train at, and they will give you more information on their class fees, and personal training fees.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A BLACKBELT?
Normally, if you are starting from zero, the full core program takes around 3 years to complete. After that it's normally 1 more year to Blackbelt, and another year to Senior Blackbelt. Note that in practice, the timeframe is very much dependent on the skill and dedication of the individual.
